Promotional Shipping: From time to time the team at Cocco Pazzo orders too many of a certain product(s) and we need to sell out quickly. This results in a need to provide the best promotions at the best price for our fans, so we give them away for FREE! Sometimes, we get so many people wanting these items we sell out in a matter of minutes, other times it takes a few days. Many of our offers sell thousands of pieces of the product in one sale, this sometimes can result in longer than normal lead times. Keep in mind we ship to over 200 countries worldwide and many times our offers are available globally. Expect your item to arrive within 2-4 weeks to major countries and up to 6 weeks for smaller countries.

VAT, Taxes & Duties: We ship to over 200 countries worldwide. Over 80% of our orders are delivered without any additional customs charges. In the event that you are charged VAT or additional taxes or duties when your order is delivered, please contact Cocco Pazzo customer support and we may reimburse you for your expense. We do this on a purely goodwill basis as we are not obligated to cover any additional expense(s) that may arise upon delivery. To be reimbursed for your expense, please collect your package and pay any VAT, taxes, or duties and keep the receipt. You can then submit your claim with Cocco Pazzo customer support to receive store credit in the amount. All expense claims must be made within six (6) months from the date of purchase.


Refused Packages: A Non-Delivery Fee in the amount of the price of original shipping will be charged for refused shipments to be shipped back. The Non-Delivery Fee will be charged and paid by the customer before the package will be re-shipped. Non-Delivery Fee of $25 will be subtracted from any refund and/or store credit that is issued on orders that have refused packages.

14 Day Happiness Guarantee: At Cocco Pazzo, we believe in giving our Clients unparalleled service both online and offline, and delivering exceptional value with every purchase. This is why we promise to deal with each transaction reasonably and fairly. If you're not happy with any item you purchased or if you'd like an exchange within 14 days you'll get free return shipping, and in the case of an exchange, free shipping on the exchanged item too! It's that simple: 14 days - free shipping, free returns.


Here at Cocco Pazzo, our Return Policy lasts 14 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase; unfortunately, we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same exact condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with any and all tags attached.  To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase that must be accompanied with the item. Please be advised, only regular priced items may be refunded. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then we will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days. If you haven't received a refund within 5-10 business days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank because there is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your bank account. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us and we will follow up with your refund to help you track your funds and ensure that you receive them in a timely fashion.


Never send your purchase back to the manufacturer as they will be unable to accept your return.

Returns are simple and Free! -To complete a return, you must first have your order number ready and contact our team via the Return Center or send and email to returns@coccopazzo.com and request a refund/exchange. Once your return claim is received and accepted, you will receive confirmation and instructions on mailing your product to us using the prepaid postage return label. 

You will be responsible for printing the prepaid mailing label and affixing it securely to the package and returning promptly. Tracking will be availing in 1-3 business days. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your return or exchanged product to reach you may vary. All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. Gift Cards cannot be returned.
